GENERAL SUMMARY:

We are building our next generation of sales professionals, and are seeking recent graduates to begin an exciting career in our Sales

 Development Program.  This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who want to utilize their technical skills to develop solutions and drive

 value for customers.  Individuals will be assigned to a sales team in one of PolyOne’

s divisions and locations based on their interests and skills.

The program will include business unit specific training lasting approximately 3 to 6 months.  During this period, individuals will 

be exposed to customer service, plant operations, warehouse/logistics functions, travel within the sales territory and classroom

 training to gain a full overview of their assigned business unit.  Individuals will shadow experienced sales representatives to learn our

 Value Based Selling program.  Upon completion of the training program, individuals will be responsible for securing business from

 prospective and current accounts to achieve annual sales and profit objectives.  It is expected that post-

training, the position will require to have frequent travel.
